From our Rogers Park office, Northside CDC delivers HUD-certified counseling, repair assistance, and homebuyer education to families across Chicago’s North Side. We focus on the practical work of keeping people housed: reaching homeowners before a missed payment turns into a foreclosure, helping renters become buyers, and partnering with employers and lenders who want to invest in our neighborhoods.
What we believe
